She totally related to my issues and made me feel at ease that there was affordable help out there. She asked a few questions to give her a feel of what I needed and took things from there. Less than 20 minutes later she called back with 2 options that best suited my needs, with background checks. She had spoken to one of the two women and told me her feeling and it jived with mine. She called back 2 hours later, after speaking with the second person and we dialogued. It was great to have someone to lean on to help make the decision, and feel ok in the end.
After our call I contacted the people myself and felt even more confident in “our” choice. Lisa was there all the way with after call follow up until I was comfortable and gave me an idea of her additional offerings for future needs, as my child ages.
